Founder & Principal

Sreeja Nair Joshi brings 20 years of experience across HR leadership, talent acquisition and executive search, spanning real estate, retail and healthcare.

At Phoenix Mills, she led talent acquisition across corporate and business functions during a significant phase of expansion, alongside responsibilities across Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding and Performance Management. Earlier, at Metropolis Healthcare, she was part of the HR team during the organisation’s growth and pre-listing phase.

Elitare builds on this experience, bringing an in-house understanding of business and talent to an independent executive search and advisory practice.
