Sreeja Nair Joshi brings 20 years of experience across HR leadership, talent acquisition and executive search, spanning real estate, retail and healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Phoenix Mills, she led talent acquisition across corporate and business functions during a significant phase of expansion, alongside responsibilities across Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding and Performance Management. Earlier, at Metropolis Healthcare, she was part of the HR team during the organisation’s growth and pre-listing phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elitare builds on this experience<\/strong>, bringing an in-house understanding of business and talent to an independent executive search and advisory practice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
